台中市租賃住宅服務商業同業公會：除糾紛協調處理小組外，尚有組織發展委員會、教育訓練委員會、資訊文宣委員會、社會公益委員會、活動聯誼委員會、法規宣導委員會。可以提供各面向租賃住宅業務相關領域的學習機會。
有巢氏台中10期加盟店：台中市社會住宅廠商，負責人同時身兼台中市不動產經紀業同業公會副理事長及租賃公會副理事長。
富盟物業：桃園社會住宅廠商，創辦「台灣管家聯盟」聯合台灣其他縣市租賃住宅業者。負責人同時是台中市租賃公會教育訓練委員會副主任委員。
蘊享 Gather In：室內裝修、包租及代管業者，除了租賃住宅之外尚有機會學習室內裝修相關知識。
興中開發：土地開發、營建及租賃住宅管理一條龍業者，除了除了租賃住宅之外尚有機會學習房屋建築及營造知識。
