教導學生於現代資訊化社會，利用AI生產製造並大量使用網際網路之情況下，如何保護自己之個人資料不被濫行蒐集使用致使自己權利受損，已為重要之問題。教導學生認識個人資料的本質為何及如何保護自己之個人資料不被違法利用，為本課程之首要目標在介紹AI之利用與個人資料保護之調整，及個人資料保護法規範之重要原則。It has become an important issue to teach students how to protect their personal information from being collected and used indiscriminately and causing damage to their rights in the modern information society, where AI production is used and the Internet is widely used. The primary goal of this course is to teach students to understand the nature of personal data and how to protect their personal data from illegal use. It introduces the use of AI and adjustments to personal data protection, as well as the important principles of personal data protection laws.
