本課程主要係講授智慧財產法體系中之著作權法與營業秘密法，其中著作權法內容較多，因此講授時間約佔所有授課時間之2/3。由於著作權與個人之日常生活息息相關，因此會先以目前實務上較常發生之問題作為入門，讓學生瞭解修習著作權法之重點，進而對法理做進ㄧ步之講解，務求理論與實務並重。而營業秘密之保護攸關企業體營運之成敗，因此於講授內容除了理論外，更會包含目前實務上因為營業秘密所涉及之相關爭訟與問題。當然，在講述時會配合Power Point。總之，本課程之主要目的是希望修習本課程的同學能夠對著作權與營業祕密法有正確認知，一方面可以應付研究所及國家考試，另一方面則可在職場上具有充足的競爭力。This course mainly teaches copyright law and trade secret law in the intellectual property law system. Copyright law has a lot of content, so the teaching time takes up about 2/3 of the total teaching time. Since copyright is closely related to individuals' daily lives, we will first introduce the problems that commonly occur in practice to let students understand the key points of studying copyright law, and then further explain the legal principles, ensuring that both theory and practice are emphasized. The protection of business secrets is related to the success or failure of corporate operations, so in addition to theory, the teaching content will also include relevant disputes and issues related to business secrets in practice. Of course, Power Point will be used during the presentation. In short, the main purpose of this course is to hope that students who take this course can have a correct understanding of copyright and trade secret laws. On the one hand, they can cope with graduate school and national examinations, and on the other hand, they can be sufficiently competitive in the workplace.
