本課程透過介紹西方法哲學的思想，引導學生認知西方法律思想，培養學生抽象思維能力，深化法學認知，提升其批判與反思的能力。

This course introduces the ideas of Western legal philosophy, guides students to understand Western legal thought, cultivates students' abstract thinking ability, deepens their legal cognition, and enhances their critical and reflective abilities.
