民法債編各論共規範數十種與吾人日常生活息息相關之有名契約。本課程在學生已掌握民法總則、債法通則之基礎概念後，進一步聚焦在特色各異的契約。除依序說明其各自的要件內涵外，亦將適時針對其間所涉之重要法律爭議為說明。在此不僅將引介學理上所提出之多元見解，另將補充大量的司法實務裁判以供對照、比較，俾學生得以全面的角度來認識不同類型之契約面貌，強化其思辨法律問題及解決實際案例之能力。

The various treatises on Civil Law Debt regulate dozens of well-known contracts that are closely related to our daily lives. After students have mastered the basic concepts of the General Principles of Civil Law and the General Principles of Obligation Law, this course further focuses on contracts with different characteristics. In addition to explaining the connotations of their respective requirements in sequence, the important legal disputes involved will also be explained in due course. This article will not only introduce the diverse opinions put forward in academic theory, but also supplement a large number of judicial practical decisions for comparison and comparison, so that students can understand the aspects of different types of contracts from a comprehensive perspective and strengthen their ability to think about legal issues and solve practical cases.
