民法債編各論共規範數十種與吾人日常生活息息相關之有名契約。本課程在學生已掌握民法總則、債法通則之基礎概念後，進一步聚焦在特色各異的契約。除依序說明其各自的要件內涵外，亦將適時針對其間所涉之重要法律爭議為說明。在此不僅將引介學理上所提出之多元見解，另將補充大量的司法實務裁判以供對照、比較，俾學生得以全面的角度來認識不同類型之契約面貌，強化其思辨法律問題及解決實際案例之能力。The Civil Law Debate has a total of dozens of famous contracts that are closely related to our daily lives.
