民法債編總論為財產法的權利義務關係的通則，在今交易頻繁的社會關係中，債法的適用及了解更形重要︒ 本課程著重於建立學生對債編通則的體系基礎及理論應用，以奠定學生財產法的基礎︒因此本課程接續上學期之課程就債編通則的體系作一整體性的介紹及分析，以建立學生對債總的基礎了解，然後分就債之標的︑效力︑ 移轉︑消滅及多數債權人及債務人等主題，以體系表的建立及實務判例之解說為主，循序闡釋相關理論，並藉由案例之演譯，以培養學生適用理論於實務的能力︒本課程以債編總論之體系為出發，承續上學期課程由債之發生到消滅，建立學生對債之關係的分析與論述的能力，教學上強調案例演練及小組討論，建立法律爭點分析及認事用法之能力︒
The General Principles of Civil Law on Obligations is the general principle of the rights and obligations of property law. In today's social relations with frequent transactions, the application and understanding of the Law of Obligations is even more important. This course focuses on establishing the systematic foundation and theoretical application of the General Principles of Civil Law on Debts. , in order to lay the foundation of student property law.
