民法債編總論為財產法的權利義務關係的通則，在今交易頻繁的社會關係中，債法的適用及了解更形重要︒ 本課程著重於建立學生對債編通則的體系基礎及理論應用，以奠定學生財產法的基礎︒因此本課程接續上學期之課程就債編通則的體系作一整體性的介紹及分析，以建立學生對債總的基礎了解，然後分就債之標的︑效力︑ 移轉︑消滅及多數債權人及債務人等主題，以體系表的建立及實務判例之解說為主，循序闡釋相關理論，並藉由案例之演譯，以培養學生適用理論於實務的能力︒本課程以債編總論之體系為出發，承續上學期課程由債之發生到消滅，建立學生對債之關係的分析與論述的能力，教學上強調案例演練及小組討論，建立法律爭點分析及認事用法之能力︒

The General Introduction to Civil Law on Debt is the general principle of the rights and obligations of property law. In today's social relations with frequent transactions, the application and understanding of debt law are even more important. This course focuses on establishing students’ systematic foundation and theoretical application of the General Principles of Debt, in order to lay the foundation for students’ property law. Therefore, this course follows the course of the previous semester to provide an overall introduction and analysis of the system of General Principles of Debt, in order to establish students’ basic understanding of the General Principles of Debt, and then divides into the object, effectiveness, and purpose of the debt. Topics such as the transfer, elimination, and majority of creditors and debtors focus on the establishment of system tables and the explanation of practical cases. The relevant theories are explained step by step, and through the interpretation of cases, students are trained to apply theory to practice. This course focuses on debt. Starting from the system of the editor's summary, the course from the previous semester will be continued from the occurrence to elimination of debts to build students' ability to analyze and discuss the relationship between debts. The teaching emphasizes case drills and group discussions to build the ability to analyze legal disputes and recognize matters.︒

研究民法上所規定的債之通則，就債的發生、標的、效力、移轉、消滅與多數債務人及多數債權人等之理論與實踐。債法 具有交易法的色彩，於今日人與人接觸頻繁，發生財產上的權利義務關係甚多之情形下，最為重要。
