本學期法制史課程將以契約法的歷史與理論發展為重點，以羅馬法相關制度為主軸，討論契約法（尤其是買賣法）的起源，及其在兩千年歐洲法律發展中的演變，並對法律史的發展進行理論分析，期能更深入掌握現代契約法的基礎。The legal history course in this period will focus on the historical and theoretical development of contract law, with Roman law-related systems as the main point, discussing the origin of contract law (especially buying and selling law) and its evolution in the development of European law over the past two thousand years, and Conduct theoretical analysis on the development of legal history and hope to have a deeper understanding of the foundation of modern contract law.
