教導學生了解、熟悉民事訴訟(包括非訟事件)及刑事訴訟之實際運作，結合實體法與程序法於一爐，並學習書狀之撰寫，欣賞、評論，以利日後司法實務運作之處理。
(一)非訟事件之處理：含家事事件、督促程序及保全程序等之處理。
(二)民事訴訟實務：就具體案例說明民事訴訟案件之起訴、答辯、兩造之攻擊防禦方法、舉證責任、法院自由心證之形成、判決、上訴等程序，並學習相關書狀之撰寫。
(三)刑事訴訟實務：就具體案例說明刑事訴訟案件之偵查、起訴、答辯、辯護、兩造之攻擊防禦方法、舉證責任、法院自由心證之形成、判決、上訴等程序，並學習相關書狀之撰寫。
（四）裁判書類之欣賞及評論：蒐集優、劣質之既有民、刑事裁判書，供研討及評論。
Teach students to understand and be familiar with the actual operation of civil lawsuits (including non-investigation incidents) and criminal lawsuits, combine physical law and procedural law into one, and learn to write books, appreciate and comment to facilitate the handling of future judicial practical operations.
