以整合式，跨領域的架構(法律、歷史、地政、建築等)，輔以實際案例，教導學生關於「土地使用計畫與管制」的相關概念。第一，期望學生們將來進到職場面對相關的問題時，能夠聯想到解決問題的方向，並且自行找到解決問題的方法；第二，激發學生對於土地相關課題的興趣，能往有興趣的議題深入鑽研。With an integrated, cross-regional structure (law, history, land, architecture, etc.), it uses actual cases to teach students about the related concepts of "land use planning and control". First, we hope that students will come to the field to think of the direction to solve the problem and find a way to solve the problem by themselves; second, stimulate students' interest in land-related courses and be interested in those who are interested.
