以整合式,跨領域的架構(法律、歷史、地政、建築等),輔以實際案例,教導學生關於「土地使用計畫與管制」的相關概念。第一,期望學生們將來進到職場面對相關的問題時,能夠聯想到解決問題的方向,並且自行找到解決問題的方法;第二,激發學生對於土地相關課題的興趣,能往有興趣的議題深入鑽研。Using an integrated, cross-disciplinary framework (law, history, land administration, architecture, etc.), supplemented by practical cases, students are taught relevant concepts of "land use planning and control." First, it is hoped that when students enter the workplace and face related problems in the future, they can think of the direction to solve the problem and find their own solutions to the problem; second, it is to stimulate students' interest in land-related topics, so that they can go to those who are interested.
