本課程為一學年之課程安排，搭配植栽設計主課程，本學期延續第一學期之進度(包含造園景觀技術士考試之施工練習)繼續深化不同之面向予以教學。
另外進行植栽設計實務（包含繪圖、預算書編製等）、植栽工程技術演練（植栽種植（挖植穴、立支架、綁土球、定植等(以上學期為基礎之進階教學與實作練習)）、植栽修剪、工具使用等）、校內外植栽景觀工程之實作(本學期將著重於東海路43號或是東大溪環教館周邊)與專業演講。
