本課程為工設系大三的核心設計總整課程，為設計基礎、產品設計兩門課程的高階延伸，課程目標在於培養學生成為可進行產品開發專案規劃人才，其內涵為培養文獻資料蒐集及分析文本的閱讀理解能力，培養從社會議題發展具體設計構想之整合思考能力，鍛鍊繪製設計草圖、構想圖、施工圖，以及製作完整設計作品之實作能力，建立對產品開發流程的認知，並訓練安排設計內容與設計時程之規劃能力，養成與同儕溝通協調、訂定目標、共同完成高品質工作的專業團隊合作能力。本學期將透過兩個設計專題，以個人創作或團隊合作的形式，進行上述內涵的專題討論式教學與提案實作。
This course is the core design summary course of the junior year of the Engineering Department. It is a high-level extension of the two courses of design foundation and product design. The purpose of the course is to cultivate talents for product development project planning. Its content is to cultivate the reading and understanding ability of text collection and analysis text, and to develop specific design ideas from social issues Integrate thinking ability, design sketches, design pictures, construction pictures, and production of complete design works, establish knowledge of product development processes, and train the planning ability of arranging design content and design process, and develop professional team cooperation capabilities to communicate and coordinate with colleagues, set goals, and jointly complete high-quality work. During this period, we will conduct topic discussion-based teaching and proposal implementations with the above connotations through two design topics in the form of personal creation or teamwork.
