教育目標 Course Target
本課程以滿足建築設計者及從業人員認識建築設計、施工營造、物業管理相關法規，及培養建築行政管理能力為目標，並兼顧建築及房地產專業服務之需求。
This course aims to meet the requirements of building designers and industry personnel to identify relevant regulations on building design, construction and property management, and cultivate building administrative management capabilities, and to provide professional services for construction and real estate.
課程概述 Course Description
本課程綜述建築法系、都市計畫法系、公寓大廈法系、等相關法規概要。
This course covers the general summary of relevant laws and regulations such as architecture law system, urban planning law system, apartment building law system, and other related laws and regulations.
