本課程以滿足建築設計者及從業人員認識建築設計、施工營造、物業管理相關法規，及培養建築行政管理能力為目標，並兼顧建築及房地產專業服務之需求。This course aims to meet the needs of architectural designers and practitioners to understand the relevant laws and regulations of architectural design, construction and property management, and to cultivate their construction administrative management capabilities. It also takes into account the needs of professional services in construction and real estate.
