基地與都市議題 (含非都市、特有規劃類別與敷地規劃與設計操作案例)Site Planning is a comprehensive learning course for various spatial knowledge such as architecture, urban planning, urban design, urban research and landscape. Based on the perspective of spatial scale (Scale), it can be discussed from three aspects: architecture, urban and landscape majors: it involves the study of physical space environment, behavioral activities, systems that define spatial characteristics and architectural space planning strategies. Therefore, this course will provide students with three aspects to understand the content of base planning from different scale concepts, and at the same time expand the definition and understanding of "base" to further promote the two-way review of base planning discourse and methods for design operations. and use. It is expected that students will have a preliminary exploration of the complex social spatial relationship between buildings, bases, environmental spaces, and even cities, so as to deepen the integrated spatial planning/design profession.
1. Foundation planning theory, definition and planning
2. Base investigation, analysis and planning strategies
3. Base and urban issues (including non-urban, unique planning categories and site planning and design operation cases)
This semester's course is about the integration of various elements of the base plan described in the previous semester, and explores the concepts and types involved in integrated thinking.
The planning of the base is not only about solving the problems of safe use, but also about choosing the way to solve these problems. From a certain philosophical point of view, the goal of the base planning is to shape the base into a "meaningful place". In other words, base planning is an operational process that displays values at a specific environmental scale. These values may cover different levels: attitudes towards environmental resources, relative views on natural and man-made environments, religious or political ideas, concepts of beauty and order, views on history and time, lifestyle choices, etc. These values are not universal and vary depending on geographical characteristics, individual cultures, historical backgrounds and other factors, but they are not without commonalities across time.
The course is based on certain theories, schools, and typological characteristics that have obvious context and can integrate planning and design functions as the basis of the teaching structure. Its characteristics, content, and representative cases are briefly described. In addition to participating in classes and exams, students are required to complete A research report on a related topic.
