理論是社會工作專業性展現的核心之一,社會工作的專業助人與慈善助人的區辨中,因應著「計畫性」工作的脈絡,社會工作者要能透過理論來對於人、對於事件予以評估視角以及形構介入策略,因此理論是社工評估的根源、是介入的基石。另方面,每個人本身便有著獨立的世界觀,而理論亦是經過嚴謹驗證與整理後的價值觀點,社工需要有理論視角,或許更需要強調的是每個人本來就有自己的價值視角,但未清楚掌握與爬梳而使之看似缺乏理論,或形成理論價值和作為之間矛盾不一的結果。最後,透過社會工作不同層次理論的學習與認識,訓練同學的反思與反身性,更進一步能夠形塑與不同理論觀點理解後產生對話的能力。
透過本課程其目標如下:
1. 讓大四學生作為未來社會工作相關考試之社會工作理論基礎準備與練習。
2. 讓同學們認識不同理論觀點的基礎,以作為在社工領域中與人對話的工具。
3. 透過本課程的探索讓大四學生在未來實務工作或生活中能清楚明確自己的理論視角,而能有論述性觀點展現。Theory is one of the core elements of social work’s professionalism. The distinction between social work’s professional assistance and charity assistance corresponds to the context of “planned” work. Social workers must be able to use theory to treat people and events. Assessment perspectives and shaping intervention strategies, therefore theory is the root of social work assessment and the cornerstone of intervention. On the other hand, everyone has an independent world view, and theory is also a value perspective that has been rigorously verified and organized. Social workers need to have a theoretical perspective. Perhaps what needs to be emphasized more is that everyone has their own value perspective, but they have not yet Clear grasp and combing make it seem to lack theory, or lead to inconsistent results between theoretical value and action. Finally, through the study and understanding of different levels of social work theories, students' reflection and reflexivity are trained, and the ability to understand and engage in dialogue with different theoretical perspectives is further developed.
The objectives of this course are as follows:
1. Allow senior students to prepare and practice the theoretical basis of social work for future social work-related examinations.
2. To enable students to understand the basis of different theoretical perspectives as tools for dialogue with people in the field of social work.
3. Through the exploration of this course, senior students can clearly understand their theoretical perspectives in future practical work or life, and be able to present discursive viewpoints.
