教育目標 Course Target

理論是社會工作專業性展現的核心之一,社會工作的專業助人與慈善助人的區辨中,因應著「計畫性」工作的脈絡,社會工作者要能透過理論來對於人、對於事件予以評估視角以及形構介入策略,因此理論是社工評估的根源、是介入的基石。另方面,每個人本身便有著獨立的世界觀,而理論亦是經過嚴謹驗證與整理後的價值觀點,社工需要有理論視角,或許更需要強調的是每個人本來就有自己的價值視角,但未清楚掌握與爬梳而使之看似缺乏理論,或形成理論價值和作為之間矛盾不一的結果。最後,透過社會工作不同層次理論的學習與認識,訓練同學的反思與反身性,更進一步能夠形塑與不同理論觀點理解後產生對話的能力。 透過本課程其目標如下: 1. 讓大四學生作為未來社會工作相關考試之社會工作理論基礎準備與練習。 2. 讓同學們認識不同理論觀點的基礎,以作為在社工領域中與人對話的工具。 3. 透過本課程的探索讓大四學生在未來實務工作或生活中能清楚明確自己的理論視角,而能有論述性觀點展現。Theory is one of the core of the professional development of social work. In the distinction between professional helping people and charitable helping people in social work, due to the connection between "planar" work, social workers must be able to evaluate people and events through theory, and conducting intervention strategies. Therefore, theory is the root of social work evaluation and the cornerstone of intervention. On the other hand, everyone has an independent world view, and theory is also a value view after strict verification and sorting. Social workers need to have a theoretical perspective, or perhaps it needs to be emphasized that everyone has their own value perspective, but they do not clearly grasp and crawl, which makes it seem lack of theory, or form a result of the contradiction between theoretical value and actions. Finally, through the learning and understanding of the theories at different levels of social work, we train the reflection and reflexivity of classmates, and further shape the ability to shape and develop dialogue after understanding different theories. Through this course, the goals are as follows: 1. Let senior students prepare and practice as a basic social work theory for future social work related examinations. 2. Let students understand the basis of different theories as a tool to talk to people in the social work field. 3. Through the exploration of this course, senior students can clearly identify their theoretical perspectives in their future work or life, and display their scheming views.


課程概述 Course Description

本課程內容希望透過對「社會工作理論」的系統性介紹與討論,綜融、 統整過去的經驗和相關的知識。課程內容將從微視、中視、鉅視等架 構出發,分別介紹精神分析觀點、危機介入取向、心理暨社會派、任 務中心取向社會工作理論,以及中後期的生態系統觀點、增強權能觀 點社會工作、基進社會工作、女性主義社會工作等理論。以協助增強 學生對於社會工作專業的批判能力,融會貫通了解理論在實務實踐時 的重要性。社會工作專業時常被詬病理論與實務分離,但實際上理論 是實務工作時的一盞明燈,在工作迷茫時,可以指引處遇方向燈塔。
The content of this course hopes to integrate through systematic introduction and discussion on "Social Work Theory" and Consolidate past experiences and related knowledge. The course content will be from micro, medium, and silhouette. Instruction, it introduces psychoanalytical perspectives, crisis intervention orientations, psychological and social sects, and responsibilities respectively.
