教育目標 Course Target
個案管理與照顧管理已是國內目前各社會工作領域重要實務方法，為了滿足個案之複雜與多元性需求，所因應而生之現代個案服務技巧；同時，也是政府委外服務項目與營運單位之項目之一（例如身障個案中心），亦成為長期照顧流程之主要環節與職稱（照顧管理專員、個案管理師）。為了協助同學了解個案管理與照顧管理之理論基礎、流程與實務過程，本課期待結合理論與實務之方式，建立學生對本課程主題之基本知能，以利於未來於職場或進修之應用。
Case management and care management are currently important practical methods in various social work fields in China. In order to meet the complex and diverse needs of cases, modern case service techniques have been developed accordingly. At the same time, it is also one of the government outsourced service projects and operating units (such as the Disability Case Center). It has also become an important link and professional title in the long-term care process (care management specialist, case manager). In order to help students understand the theoretical basis, process and practical process of case management and care management, this course hopes to combine theory and practice to establish students' basic knowledge of the subject of this course, so as to facilitate future application in the workplace or further education.
