本課程旨在協助學生從學校社會工作發展脈絡、歷史、社會變遷之關係、理論觀點中，探究學
校社會工作之專業發展、角色與工作內涵之實務，以及學校社會工作之倫理議題、困境、挑戰
與展望。輔以目前台灣學校社會工作實施現況，融合實務議題帶領學生更貼近校園議題現場，
搭配社會工作方法進行操演、討論與省思學校社會工作之價值與內涵。This course aims to help students explore the development context, history, social changes, and theoretical perspectives of school social work.
The professional development, role and work connotation of school social work, as well as the ethical issues, dilemmas and challenges of school social work
and outlook. Supplemented by the current implementation status of social work in schools in Taiwan, it integrates practical issues to bring students closer to the scene of campus issues.
Practice, discuss and reflect on the value and connotation of school social work in conjunction with social work methods.
簡單來說「學校社會工作」就是將社會工作專業運用在以學校為基礎的生態系統中，協助學生及系統中的人都能得到適當的發展機會。《國民教育法》為學校社會工作進入校園輔導網絡提供了法源依據，也為學校社工啟動了專業制度化的發展契機。學校環境提供社會工作專業一個獨特的運作環境，藉由學校社工師與學校團隊成員及社區生態系統間的資源相互合作，往往能對學生及其所屬的家庭、學校帶來更適切的幫助。
Simply put, "school social work" means applying the social work profession in the school-based ecosystem to help students and people in the system get appropriate development opportunities. The "National Education Law" provides the legal basis for school social workers to enter the campus counseling network, and also provides an opportunity for the development of professional institutionalization for school social workers. The school environment provides a unique operating environment for the social work profession. Through the mutual cooperation between school social workers, school team members and the resources of the community ecosystem, more appropriate help can often be brought to students, their families and schools.
