教育目標 Course Target

「婦女與社會工作」之課程安排主要是從性別的視角出發,瞭解女性生命歷程的特性與多樣化,傾聽女性的聲音與經驗,回應女性在不同議題的權益與需求。結合社會工作實務專業知能,從微視到鉅視之觀點,深入剖析女性在社會結構面所遭遇到的各種問題與挑戰,打破性別盲的桎梏,促進實質的性別平等。 The course arrangement of "Women and Social Work" is mainly based on a gender perspective, understanding the characteristics and diversity of women's life courses, listening to women's voices and experiences, and responding to women's rights and needs on different issues. Combining the professional knowledge and skills of social work practice, from a micro-perspective to a macro-perspective perspective, we deeply analyze the various problems and challenges that women encounter in the social structure, break the shackles of gender blindness, and promote substantive gender equality.


課程概述 Course Description

本課程著重於性別與婦女問題的察覺,並學習社會工作處遇方法,以及思考婦女福利服務及婦女政策等議題。
This course focuses on the awareness of gender and women's issues, learning how to deal with them in social work, and thinking about issues such as women's welfare services and women's policies.
