教育目標 Course Target

社工專業強調人在情境中,家庭往往是人們最初且重要的生存情境,人受家庭形塑且一輩子深受其影響,因此,學習把家庭視為一整體、釐清對家庭的核心信念及建立以家庭為中心的干預視角是本課程首要目標之一。隨著時代快速變遷,家庭的樣態多元且複雜,學生修習本課程可對多樣化家庭的生態系統有更多的瞭解,並且釐清對待多元暨邊緣弱勢家庭的價值,有助於未來提供相關場域處遇時的重要基礎。此外,透過課程的講授、輔以影片的解析,加上模擬體驗式的接觸家庭、與家庭建立關係及動態式的進行系統評估與介入家庭,使學習者可不僅理解文獻所述,更能在實作中深刻領悟從一人工作,到與伴侶及多位家人一起工作的知能與處遇技術。課程也將帶領同學從回觀自身原生家庭的相處經驗出發,理解家庭是一個動態系統,體會家庭系統與動力的運作與其對家庭中每一位成員之人格形塑的動態過程。本課程也將藉由家庭社福機構的參訪、體驗式工作坊的型式,延續家庭動力的課程學習,並且更加瞭解行動式處遇,如雕塑、空椅、具象化等工具在家庭工作中的應用。Social workers emphasize that in situations, the family is often the initial and important living situation for people. People are shaped by the family and are deeply influenced by them. Therefore, learning to regard the family as a whole, clarify the core belief in the family and establish a family-centered vision perspective is one of the primary goals of this course. As the times change rapidly, the family is diverse and complex. Students can learn more about the ecological system of diverse families and clarify the value of diverse and weak families, which will help provide important foundations for relevant fields in the future. In addition, through the lectures of the course, the analysis of the video, coupled with the simulated and experienced contact with the family, establishing relationships with the family, and dynamic system evaluation and intervention of the family, students can not only understand the article, but also deeply understand the knowledge and experience skills in their work from working alone to working with their companions and multiple families. The course will also lead students to experience the experience of looking back at their own original family, understanding that the family is a dynamic system, and the movement of the family system and the movement of dynamics and the personality shaping of each member in the family. This course will also use the type of visits and experience workshops of the family social welfare organization to continue the course learning of family dynamics, and to better understand the application of mobile tools such as sculptures, empty chairs, and concreteization in family work.


課程概述 Course Description

隨著時代快速變遷,家庭的樣態多元且複雜,家庭社會工作是針對多樣化家庭的生態進行系統動力的瞭解,針對家庭所面臨的諸多困境,採取專業系統評估與多元化的綜融處遇。由於社工所面臨的家庭處境常是邊緣與複雜的,如何以合適的價值、態度與倫理偕同弱勢家庭或系統網絡間合作,並秉持以家庭為中心、社區為基礎的接軌當今的社會福利體制,以有效的因應相關難題,均是本課程將探討的重點。
As the times change rapidly, the family's environment is diverse and complex. Family social work is a systematic understanding of the ecological environment of diverse families, a comprehensive understanding of the many difficulties faced by the family, and a comprehensive experience of professional system evaluation and diversification. Since the family situation faced by social workers is often side by side and complex, how to cooperate with weak families or system networks with appropriate value, attitude and ethics, and uphold the current social welfare system with family-centered and community-based connections, and to respond to relevant difficult issues with effective reasons are the key points to be explored in this course.
