教育目標 Course Target

※課程目標 (Course Objectives)
1.瞭解社區組織與社區發展基本概念、歷史發展及相關理論。
2.認識社區工作與個案工作、團體工作之特性異同與相互關係。
3.透過親身參與學習,培養成為一個社區工作者之基本能力。
4.瞭解社會工作者在社區工作中扮演之特殊角色與任務。
5.培養關心共同生活的社區之能力與專業社區工作技術。

※課程內涵 (Course Contents)
社區組織與社區發展的課程內涵,將包括社區的基本概念、社區組織的意涵、社區的功能、社區的資源、社區工作的目標、社區組織與社區發展的歷史發展、歐美重要社區組織領導先驅推動社區工作的經驗、台灣社區組織的歷史發展與概況、實地社區參訪、實地進入社區進行基本社區調查服務學習。

※Course Objectives
1. Understand the basic concepts, historical development and related theories of community organization and community development.
2. Understand the similarities, differences and mutual relationships between community work, case work and group work.
3. Cultivate the basic abilities of a community worker through personal participation in learning.
4. Understand the special roles and tasks that social workers play in community work.
5. Cultivate the ability to care about the community where we live together and develop professional community work skills.

※Course Contents
The content of the course on community organizations and community development will include the basic concepts of community, the meaning of community organizations, the functions of communities, community resources, the goals of community work, the historical development of community organizations and community development, the experience of pioneer leaders of important community organizations in Europe and the United States in promoting community work, the historical development and overview of community organizations in Taiwan, on-site community visits, and on-site community visits to conduct basic community investigation and service learning.

課程概述 Course Description

根植於共同生活的土地,社區工作成為社會工作者重要的三大工作方法之一。本課程將從各國社區組織與社區發展的歷史脈絡開始,進入社區工作的基本概念;接著,藉由實際社區組織參訪與社區基本調查學習,相互參照各種社區工作的重要理論與實務議題,學習社區工作之重要工作方法,以養成社區工作者的基本能力為學習之目標。

Rooted in the land of common life, community work has become one of the three important working methods of social workers. This course will start from the historical context of community organizations and community development in various countries, and then enter the basic concepts of community work; then, through visits to actual community organizations and basic community survey studies, with mutual reference to important theoretical and practical issues of various community work, the important working methods of community work will be learned, with the goal of cultivating the basic abilities of community workers.
