5.培養關心共同生活的社區之能力與專業社區工作技術。
※課程內涵 (Course Contents)
社區組織與社區發展的課程內涵，將包括社區的基本概念、社區組織的意涵、社區的功能、社區的資源、社區工作的目標、社區組織與社區發展的歷史發展、歐美重要社區組織領導先驅推動社區工作的經驗、台灣社區組織的歷史發展與概況、實地社區參訪、實地進入社區進行基本社區調查服務學習。

1. Understand the basic concepts, historical development and related theories of community organizations and community development.
2. Understand the distinction and mutual relationship between community work, case work and group work.
3. Through personal participation and learning, cultivate the basic abilities of becoming a community worker.
4. Understand the special roles and tasks that social workers play in community work.
5. Cultivate the ability to care about living together and professional community work skills.
※Course Contents
The course content of community organization and community development will include the basic concept of the community, the connotation of community organization, the functions of the community, the resources of the community, the goals of community work, the historical development of community organization and community development, and the leading leadership of important community organizations in Europe and the United States. Promote experience in community work, historical development and generalization of Taiwan community organizations, local community visits, and local entry into the community to conduct basic community survey services learning.
根植於共同生活的土地，社區工作成為社會工作者重要的三大工作方法之一。本課程將從各國社區組織與社區發展的歷史脈絡開始，進入社區工作的基本概念；接著，藉由實際社區組織參訪與社區基本調查學習，相互參照各種社區工作的重要理論與實務議題，學習社區工作之重要工作方法，以養成社區工作者的基本能力為學習之目標。
Rooted in the land of shared living, community work has become one of the three important working methods for social workers. This course will start from the historical structure of community organizations and community development in various countries and enter the basic concepts of community work; then, through the participation of the international community organizations and basic community surveys and learning, we will learn from each other's important theories and practical topics of various community work, and we will learn from each other's important theories and practical topics of various community work. The important working method of community work is to cultivate the basic abilities of community workers as the goal of learning.
