Social Organization
教育目標 Course Target
這門課的目的是要從社會學的視野與訓練出發，來分析現代社會的組織與組織生活。我們將從基本的組織理論出發，進而解析組織的不同面向及課題。受限於課程時間等的限制，以及考量到本系學生將來畢業後絕大多數進入職場，故我們將把重點放在企業這個組織上，而不特別分析社會生活中的其他重要組織，如學校、政黨、宗教等等，但相關的議題將會在課堂上討論。
The purpose of this course is to analyze organizations and organizational life in modern society from the perspective and training of sociology. We will start from basic organizational theory and then analyze different aspects and issues of organizations. Due to the limitations of course time, and considering that most students in this department will enter the workplace after graduation, we will focus on the organization of enterprises, without specifically analyzing other important organizations in social life, such as schools, political parties, religions, etc., but related issues will be discussed in class.
