教育目標 Course Target

本課程主要目標在於協助修課同學準備國家考試,並針對當前高考三級考試人事行政類科的考試範圍,依序介紹我國人事分類制度之演進及人事機構、公務人員考試、任用及陞遷制度、公務人員俸給及考績制度、公務人員退休、撫卹及保險制度、公務人員保障、訓練與進修制度、公務倫理及行政中立等主題。以培養同學們未來參與國家考試獲取高分的能力。

The main goal of this course is to assist students in preparing for the national examination. Based on the current examination scope of the personnel administration subject of the third-level college entrance examination, it will introduce in order the evolution of my country's personnel classification system and personnel organizations, civil servant examinations, appointment and promotion systems, civil servant salary and performance appraisal systems, civil servant retirement, pension and insurance systems, civil servant security, training and further education systems, public service ethics and administrative neutrality, etc. To cultivate students' ability to participate in national examinations and obtain high scores in the future.
