教育目標 Course Target

如同OECD (2016) 成人能力評估計劃(PIAAC)的呼籲,「教育、培訓以及社會與公民生活」必須關注學生能力如何「可高度轉移」與「可學習」,本課程因而期待藉由課堂學術知識與國外案例(西班牙畢爾包古根漢美術館, Bilbao Guggenheim Museum)所衍生之「畢爾包效應 」的基礎上,修課同學以分組專案報告型式,在課堂文獻檢閱的基礎上,透過實地訪視、田野調查與分組討論等方式,聚焦臺中國家歌劇院National Taichung Theater的案例研究,期以修課同學能夠實踐、「高度轉移」從實務層面來認識與討論文化活動的相關議題:逐步認識文化的意涵、作用與文化產業化等的特性,進而了解文化行政所涉及的政策、法源與組織、經費與人事等業務與相關議題,以及文化行政從業人員應有的觀念與涵養,同時透過分析與檢討政府有關文化產業的政策與措施,期以提供同學進一步思考如何有效管理繁雜的文化行政庶務。As the OECD (2016) Program for the Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC) calls for, "education, training and social and civil life" must pay attention to how students' abilities are "highly transferable" and "learnable". The case study of Theater aims to enable students taking the course to practice and "highly transfer" to understand and discuss issues related to cultural activities from a practical level: gradually understand the meaning, role and characteristics of cultural industrialization, and then understand cultural administration the policies involved, Business and related issues such as legal sources and organizations, funding and personnel, as well as the concepts and accomplishments that cultural administrative practitioners should have. At the same time, through analysis and review of government policies and measures related to the cultural industry, it is hoped to provide students with further thinking on how to effectively manage complex matters.
