作為公共管理之後接續發展的行政哲學，公共治理哲學不僅可以追溯遠自文藝復興時期的政治思想與哲學，也可以接續19與20世紀以來公共行政學理的發展。本學期主要涵蓋的教學目的有：討論公共政策在治理概念下的哲學思考，檢驗政策網絡與政策形成的關係，驗證理性主義與公共行政的連結，以及市場經濟哲理嚇得公共選擇理論之思維對於公共政策的影響。

As an administrative philosophy that has continued to develop after public administration, the philosophy of public governance can not only trace the political thought and philosophy from the period of literary and artistic rejuvenation, but also continue the development of public administration science since the 19th and 20th centuries. The teaching objectives mainly covered in this school include: discussing the philosophical thinking of public policy under the concept of governance, examining the relationship between policy network and policy formation, verifying the connection between rationalism and public administration, and market economic philosophy that awesomely influences the thinking of public choice theory on public policy.
