作為公共管理之後接續發展的行政哲學，公共治理哲學不僅可以追溯遠自文藝復興時期的政治思想與哲學，也可以接續19與20世紀以來公共行政學理的發展。本學期主要涵蓋的教學目的有：討論公共政策在治理概念下的哲學思考，檢驗政策網絡與政策形成的關係，驗證理性主義與公共行政的連結，以及市場經濟哲理嚇得公共選擇理論之思維對於公共政策的影響。

As an administrative philosophy that continues to develop after public management, public governance philosophy can not only trace back the political thought and philosophy of the Renaissance, but also continue the development of public administration theory since the 19th and 20th centuries. The main teaching purposes covered in this semester are: discussing the philosophical thinking of public policy under the concept of governance, testing the relationship between policy networks and policy formation, verifying the connection between rationalism and public administration, and the impact of market economic philosophy and public choice theory on public policy.
