本課程介紹中國的歷代官制和政治制度。首先介紹中國政治制度的相關內容，再發掘其背後隱藏的政治觀，並進一步反省思考其政治智慧。本課程除了在知識專業尚探討真相之外，亦嚐試古學今用的可能。課程內容包括中國政治制度的特色、皇帝制度、宰相制度、中央官制、財稅制度、科舉制度、官僚系統之貪瀆問題、壻吏師爺與仕紳、監察制度和公文制度等。

This course introduces China's official and political systems in the past dynasties. First, it introduces the relevant content of China's political system, then explores the political views hidden behind it, and further reflects on its political wisdom. In addition to exploring the truth in knowledge majors, this course also attempts the possibility of applying ancient knowledge to the present. The course content includes the characteristics of China's political system, the emperor system, the prime minister system, the central government system, the fiscal and taxation system, the imperial examination system, corruption issues in the bureaucracy, officials and gentry, the supervisory system and the official document system, etc.
