每逢六月端午,家家團圓,吃粽子划龍舟,又不禁讓人懷念起戰國時代,有志難伸而投汨羅江自盡的愛國詩人屈原。或許從現代人的眼光來看,當時的屈原若能建立良好的人際關係與圓融順暢的溝通技巧,他大可不必投江,以死為諫呢。
俗話說:「做事容易,做人難。」台灣慈濟功德會證嚴法師亦曾說過:「人際關係是最難的一篇文章,事事要無我,無執,方可好好作下去。」古今大智慧者也曾經提醒我們:「疾病的原因,有物理的、化學的、情緒的、靈性的四大方面,而人際關係不良會影響內心負面的情緒,造成身體上的疾病。」這些年來,尤其是網路世代的來臨,我們所生活的這塊土地,因為人際關係之間的疏離,互信的薄弱,每一個人為自己築起一座座的防護牆,貪婪、自私,道德淪喪的醜態現象,充斥著整個社會。若能重視人際關係,發揮人性的光明面,並能借著人際關係的學習重新認識「生命」的價值與真諦,人類基本的倫常與做人的道理,未來社會才可能成為一個美麗祥和的世界。
因此,「人際關係與溝通」這門課的設計,就是試圖以最淺顯而輕鬆活潑的方式帶領大家一同來探討人際關係的基本概念與意涵,「自我」與人際關係的行為模式為何?影響人際關的因素有哪些?中國人有無特殊的人際關係行為模式,其特質為何?而吾人要如何從家庭、學校、職場以及日常生活方面做好良好的人際溝通,並建立圓融的人際關係。希望能藉此課題,共同探討「生命」的意義,並學習「做人」的道理,認識自己,放下自己的立場,用「真誠」磨練心靈,奠定人際關係的基石,以「寬恕」化解衝突與對立,以「慈愛」廣結善緣。走出「孤獨的學術人」的性格,擁抱人群,擁抱世界,讓人生變得更有意義,也更多彩多姿,進而提升自己靈性的本質。Every June during the Dragon Boat Festival, every family reunites, eats rice dumplings and rows dragon boats. Perhaps from the perspective of modern people, if Qu Yuan could establish good interpersonal relationships and smooth communication skills at that time, he would not have to throw himself into the river and die as a warning.
As the saying goes: "It is easy to do things, but it is difficult to be a good person." Master Cheng Yen of Taiwan Tzu Chi Merit Association once said: "Interpersonal relationships are the most difficult thing. Only by being selfless and non-attachment in everything can you continue to work well. Great wise men of ancient and modern times have also reminded us: "The causes of diseases include physical, chemical, emotional, and spiritual aspects, while interpersonal Bad relationships will affect negative emotions in the heart and cause physical diseases. "In recent years, especially with the advent of the Internet age, the land we live in has become increasingly difficult for everyone because of the alienation of interpersonal relationships and the weakness of mutual trust. We have built protective walls for ourselves, and the ugly phenomena of greed, selfishness, and moral turpitude have permeated the entire society. If we can value interpersonal relationships, bring out the bright side of human nature, and re-understand the value and true meaning of "life", basic human ethics and principles of life through the study of interpersonal relationships, then society in the future can become a beautiful and peaceful world.
Therefore, the design of the course "Interpersonal Relations and Communication" is to try to lead everyone to explore the basic concepts and meanings of interpersonal relationships in the most simple and lively way. What are the behavior patterns of "self" and interpersonal relationships? What are the factors that affect interpersonal relationships? Do Chinese people have special interpersonal behavior patterns, and what are their characteristics? And how do we have good interpersonal communication in family, school, workplace and daily life, and establish harmonious interpersonal relationships. I hope that through this topic, we can jointly explore the meaning of "life", learn the principles of "being a human being", understand ourselves, let go of our own positions, hone our souls with "sincerity", lay the foundation of interpersonal relationships, and resolve conflicts with "forgiveness" Contrary to others, use "kindness" to build good relationships. Get out of the "lonely academic person" character, embrace the crowd, embrace the world, make life more meaningful and colorful, and then enhance your spiritual nature.
