第二學期的國際組織，延續上學期的重點，強調行為者在國際上“合作化”。 重點是政府間組織。 除了國際組織的歷史淵源，表面功能，這學期分析影響它們運作的國際和國內政治力量以及它們的有效性。
目標在於提供學生具備分析關習國際組織在國際合作上的機會與困境的能力。
課程內涵則是重新思考理論的工具性，並在實務了解台灣在國際組織中的角色。International organizations in the second semester continue the focus of the previous semester, emphasizing the "cooperation" of actors internationally. The focus is on intergovernmental organizations. In addition to the historical origins and surface functions of international organizations, this semester analyzes the international and domestic political forces that influence their operations and their effectiveness.
The goal is to provide students with the ability to analyze the opportunities and dilemmas of international organizations in international cooperation.
The content of the course is to rethink the instrumentality of theory and to understand Taiwan's role in international organizations in practice.
