本學期課程循由比較理路探討各國立法和司法審查部門的運作。在這方面，政黨和選舉扮演重要角色。在政黨方面，政黨解組，以及兩極化現象越來越普遍。在選舉方面，選制改革，以及直接民主實踐受到關注。The course of this school is based on a comparative approach to explore the operations of legislative and judicial review departments in various countries. In this regard, political parties and choices play an important role. In terms of political parties, the disassembly of political parties and the two extreme phenomena are becoming increasingly common. In terms of selection, the reform of the election system and the direct democratic reality have attracted attention.
