本學期課程循由比較理路探討各國立法和司法審查部門的運作。在這方面，政黨和選舉扮演重要角色。在政黨方面，政黨解組，以及兩極化現象越來越普遍。在選舉方面，選制改革，以及直接民主實踐受到關注。This semester's course explores the operation of legislative and judicial review departments in various countries through a comparative approach. In this regard, political parties and elections play an important role. In terms of political parties, party disorganization and polarization are increasingly common. In terms of elections, electoral reform and the practice of direct democracy have received attention.
