本課程之主要目的在介紹現今資本主義經濟下可能產生之問題與危機,進一步探討在經濟學之架構下,加上綠色思維或環保元素後之變革,培養學生面對現今之經濟社會問題,在永續發展之思維下對各種經濟社會產生之問題及其可行的解決之道得以充分了解。本課程內容將從整體社會、心理以及生態的角度,探討現存資本主義經濟的問題,並進而說明永續發展下,經濟社會應具備的條件,本課程之內容架構分為以下三大部分: 第一部分為理論基礎、第二部分為未來之願景以及第三部分為綠色經濟之政策探討等內容。The main purpose of this course is to introduce the problems and crises that may arise under today's capitalist economy, to further explore the changes that can be made under the framework of economics, with the addition of green thinking or environmental protection elements, and to train students to face today's economic and social problems. Under the thinking of sustainable development, various economic and social problems and their feasible solutions can be fully understood. The content of this course will explore the problems of the existing capitalist economy from the overall social, psychological and ecological perspectives, and then explain the conditions that the economy and society should have under sustainable development. The content structure of this course is divided into the following three parts: 1. One part is the theoretical basis, the second part is the vision for the future, and the third part is the policy discussion of green economy.
綠色經濟學(Green Economics)是在永續(sustainability)的前提下,探討人類經濟活動的一項新興學門。因為此為一新興學門,尚未成為一門成熟的學科,待解決的問題仍有許多;然而,在全球間興起之環保意識下,應以綠色經濟之思維方式來面對現今全球所湧現的各種環境、社會乃至經濟的危機。
