本課程之主要目的在介紹現今資本主義經濟下可能產生之問題與危機,進一步探討在經濟學之架構下,加上綠色思維或環保元素後之變革,培養學生面對現今之經濟社會問題,在永續發展之思維下對各種經濟社會產生之問題及其可行的解決之道得以充分了解。本課程內容將從整體社會、心理以及生態的角度,探討現存資本主義經濟的問題,並進而說明永續發展下,經濟社會應具備的條件,本課程之內容架構分為以下三大部分: 第一部分為理論基礎、第二部分為未來之願景以及第三部分為綠色經濟之政策探討等內容。The main purpose of this course is to introduce the problems and crises that may arise under the current capitalist theory, and further explore the changes after the economic structure, coupled with green thinking or environmental protection elements, to cultivate students to fully understand the problems arising from today's economic society, and to the continuous development thinking and their feasible solutions. The content of this course will explore the existing economic issues from the perspective of overall society, psychology and ecologies, and then explain the conditions that economic society should have under the continuous development. The content structure of this course is divided into the following three parts: the first part is the theoretical basis, the second part is the future vision, and the third part is the policy exploration of green economy.
綠色經濟學(Green Economics)是在永續(sustainability)的前提下,探討人類經濟活動的一項新興學門。因為此為一新興學門,尚未成為一門成熟的學科,待解決的問題仍有許多;然而,在全球間興起之環保意識下,應以綠色經濟之思維方式來面對現今全球所湧現的各種環境、社會乃至經濟的危機。

Green Economics is a new learning door to explore human economic activities under the premise of sustainability. Because this is a new academic and has not yet become a mature subject, there are still many problems to be solved; however, under the awareness of environmental protection around the world, green economic thinking should be used to face the various environmental, social and even economic crises that are now emerging around the world.
The content of this course will explore the problems of existing capitalist economics from the perspective of overall society, psychology and ecologies, and then explain the conditions that economic society should have in the continuous development.
