本課程屬個體經濟學的應用，目的在使受過經濟學訓練的學生有更廣的視野及思維，更能運用經濟分析工具。使學生能利用經濟學的分析工具，來分析一些法律學上的問題，諸如財產權，契約，侵權行為及犯罪行為等。主要內容：法律經濟學導論、財產權概念、賠償法則與財產法則、財產取得與財產移轉、智慧財產權、契約法的經濟理論、違約救濟與誘因效果、立約抗辯及履約抗辯、意外侵權、產品責任、訴訟與和解、犯罪與懲罰等。This course is about the application of individual economics. It aims to enable students who have received training in economics to have a broader vision and thinking, and to be better able to use economic analysis tools. Enable students to use economic analysis tools to analyze some legal issues, such as property rights, contracts, torts and crimes.
