由基本的經濟學知識來學習與探討金融市場的種類、流通工具及金融機構與貨幣當局的貨幣政策在經濟體系中所扮演的角色，並整合金融市場、金融機構、國際貨幣與金融體系之近代發展及變革。

From basic economic knowledge, we learn and explore the role of the types of financial markets, circulation instruments, financial institutions and currency policies of the currency authorities in the economic system, and integrate the modern development and changes of the financial markets, financial institutions, international currency and financial systems.

本課程主要目的是讓學生能了解金融體系簡介、貨幣的功能、演進與定義、利率的基本概念、利率的決定因素、利率期間結構、貨幣需求、銀行業的結構與競爭、銀行管理、外匯市場、聯邦準備系統、貨幣供給過程、強力貨幣與貨幣乘數及貨幣政策工具探討。

The main purpose of this course is to enable students to understand the introduction of the financial system, the functions of currency, evolution and definition, the basic concept of interest rates, the determining factors of interest rates, the structure of interest rate during the interest rate, the demand for currency, the structure and competition of the bank, bank management, foreign exchange market, the federal preparation system, the currency supply process, the strong currency and currency multiplication and currency policy tools for currency policy.
