財務管理是企業財務決策的一門學科, 企業追求價值極大化時會涉及投資決策, 融資決策, 與營運資金管理,
本課程將介紹這些企業財務的基本概念, 培養學生應用財務會計至企業決策的能力, 學生將了解企業財務部門所扮演的角色。
首先, 本課程將介紹財務學最基本的觀念:貨幣的時間價值, 接著應用這個基本觀念評價公司的融資工具(債券 & 股票)與投資決策。
最後, 學生將學習企業取得資金的成本, 資本結構(負債 & 股權)與公司的股利政策。

Financial management is a science of corporate financial decisions. When enterprises pursue extreme value, they involve investment decisions, financing decisions, and operation fund management.
This course will introduce these basic concepts of corporate finance, cultivate students' ability to apply financial services to corporate decision-making, and students will understand the role played by the corporate finance department.
First, this course will introduce the most basic financial concept: the time value of currency, and then apply this basic concept to evaluate the company's financing tools (debts & stocks) and investment decisions.
Finally, students will learn about the cost of the company's acquisition of funds, capital structure (debt & equity) and the company's dividend policy.

鑑於非商管科系學生之學術背景多限於理工農醫學科及一般基礎管理，在投資各種風險日益遽增及金融商品多樣化之環境下從事高層管理，恐嫌不足。本課程乃專為醫學科系專業人士設計，增進其對公司財務分析管理及金融市場之了解，使修習同學能為個人理財投資、公司財務規劃及管理做出明確的決策。

The academic background of non-business management students is mostly limited to science, engineering, agricultural and medical departments and general basic management. It is likely that high-level management is insufficient in the context of increasing investment risks and diversified financial commodities. This course is designed for medical professionals to increase their understanding of corporate financial analysis and management and financial markets, so that students can make clear decisions for personal financial investment, corporate financial planning and management.
