本課程延續「國際職場專業實習計畫」實踐教育創新之目標,以志工營模式結合「專業訓練」、「國際接軌」、「積極創新」、「團隊合作」、「關懷社會」及「有效管理」六大主軸。
使修課學生透過各自學術專業,發展服務的方案,將學術及認知發展結合,在營隊中培養創造力、領導統御能力與關懷社會的情操,並參與社區服務,體會助人壯己之意義,並建立大學、小學、社區三方互惠的服務模式。
修課學生必須於暑期(2021/7/12-7/30)擔任偏鄉學童的課業輔導員,由協力小學師長與授課教師團隊,共同引導本國與外國志工針對輔導活動共同設計教案。

*除2021/3/13(六)第一堂課程說明會外,本課程學期中不上課,將移至暑期統一授課,授課後即進駐中寮鄉國小服務一個月(7/12-7/30)。This course continues the goal of practical education innovation of the "International Workplace Professional Internship Program", using the volunteer camp model to combine "professional training", "international standards", "active innovation", "teamwork", "caring for society" and "effectiveness" Management" six main axes.
This course enables students to develop service plans through their respective academic majors, combine academic and cognitive development, cultivate creativity, leadership and social care in the camp, and participate in community services to understand the meaning of helping others and strengthening themselves. And establish a mutually beneficial service model among universities, primary schools and communities.
Students taking the course must serve as academic counselors for rural students during the summer (2021/7/12-7/30). A team of primary school teachers and teaching teachers will jointly guide domestic and foreign volunteers to jointly design lesson plans for tutoring activities.
The features of this course are as follows:
1. Lesson plan design: Cultivate students’ creativity
2. Camp team training: Cultivate team spirit, interpersonal communication and leadership skills among interdisciplinary students
3. Summer rural service: Cultivate students’ experience and ability to care for society
4. Joining of foreign volunteers: training students’ English skills and enhancing their international perspective (in 2016, volunteers from the United States, Australia, France, Indonesia and other countries joined; in 2017 and 2018, there was the Overseas Chinese Youth Volunteer English Service Camp AID of the Overseas Chinese Committee join in)
*This course welcomes students from all departments in the school to take it! (Not limited to management institutes)
*Except for the first course briefing on 2021/3/13 (Saturday), this course will not be held during the semester and will be moved to unified teaching in the summer. After the teaching, he will be stationed in Zhongliao Township Elementary School to serve for one month (7/12-7 /30).
本課程教將教導學生教案設計、基本會計與管理知識及針對6~12歲學童授課方式、帶班的領導統御方式及學童情緒管理,讓學生將課堂所學的知識融會貫通,設計一套融合英語、活動、自然環境與會計及管理觀念的學習課程為偏鄉學童做輔導,提供小學生多元學習的機會並培養關心社會的熱忱。本課程學生必須擔任偏鄉學童的課業輔導員,針對輔導活動的設計教案,可以讓學生將專業知識力實際應用,並培養學生關懷社會的情操,達到以學習指導服務,由服務加強學習,彼此相得益彰。
