本課程主要目的在培養學生對企業管理的基本認識，課程主要可以分成規劃、組織、領導、控制。上半部主要以前7章為上課教材，下半部以後7章為上課教材，除了課堂知識外，也會透過課外閱讀、實務案例、分組活動來讓學生學習如何將理論與實務並用。

The main purpose of this course is to cultivate students' basic understanding of enterprise management. The course can be mainly divided into planning, organization, leadership, and control. The first half is mainly the first seven chapters as the pre-class textbook, and the second half is the last seven chapters as the pre-class textbook. In addition to class knowledge, students will also learn how to use theory and practice through external reading, practical cases, and sub-organization activities.

本課程是針對未來有意從事管理工作的專業人才所開設的一門基礎管理學科，課程內容以理論與實務並重，使得學生除了對於企業組織的運作產生瞭解之外，也藉由課後資料的蒐集與報告的製作，訓練學生未來參與管理工作時所需的團隊合作精神與組織資訊的邏輯能力。

This course is a basic management subject developed by professional talents who are interested in managing their future. The content of the course is theoretical and practical, so that students not only understand the operation of corporate organizations, but also train the team spirit and organizational information editing ability required by students to participate in management in the future through the collection of post-class data and the production of reports.
