本課程主要目的在培養學生對企業管理的基本認識，課程主要可以分成規劃、組織、領導、控制。上半部主要以前7章為上課教材，下半部以後7章為上課教材，除了課堂知識外，也會透過課外閱讀、實務案例、分組活動來讓學生學習如何將理論與實務並用。

The main purpose of this course is to cultivate students' basic understanding of business management. The course can be divided into planning, organization, leadership and control. The first 7 chapters of the first half are mainly class teaching materials, and the last 7 chapters of the second half are class teaching materials. In addition to classroom knowledge, students will also learn how to use theory and practice together through extracurricular readings, practical cases, and group activities.

本課程是針對未來有意從事管理工作的專業人才所開設的一門基礎管理學科，課程內容以理論與實務並重，使得學生除了對於企業組織的運作產生瞭解之外，也藉由課後資料的蒐集與報告的製作，訓練學生未來參與管理工作時所需的團隊合作精神與組織資訊的邏輯能力。

This course is a basic management subject for professionals who intend to engage in management work in the future. The content of the course focuses on both theory and practice. In addition to allowing students to understand the operation of corporate organizations, it also trains students in the teamwork spirit and logical ability to organize information required when participating in management work in the future through the collection of after-class information and the production of reports.
