本課程主要目的在培養學生對企業管理的基本認識，課程主要可以分成規劃、組織、領導、控制。上半部主要以前7章為上課教材，下半部以後7章為上課教材，除了課堂知識外，也會透過課外閱讀、實務案例、分組活動來讓學生學習如何將理論與實務並用。
The main purpose of this course is to cultivate students' basic understanding of business management. The course can be divided into planning, organization, leadership and control.
