國際貿易實務每一步驟皆有相關的單證，本課程除讓學生熟悉基層貿易人員必須知道之國際貿易市場開發、交易磋商的進行程序、貨物的製造、檢驗及公證、國際會展產業及台灣會展產業發展現況、進出口結匯之外，還要了解單證名稱、格式、作用，看懂每種貿易單證的內容，並能快速而正確地製作各式貿易單證。包括：報價單(Quotation Sheet)、訂貨(Order)、簽約契約書(Contract)、信用狀(L/C)、輸出／入許可證(Export/Import Permit)、裝運單(Shipping Order)與提單(Bill of Lading)、保險單(Insurance Policy)、押匯商業發票(Commercial Invoice)、包裝單(Packing List)等。

There are relevant single certificates for every step of the international trade practice. In addition to allowing students to be familiar with the procedures for international trade market development, trading negotiations that basic traders must know, the manufacturing, inspection and public certificate of goods, the development status of the International Conference and the Taiwan Conference exhibition industry, and the import and export division, this course must also understand the name, format and function of the certificate, understand the content of each trade certificate, and be able to quickly and correctly produce various trade certificates. Including: Quotation Sheet, Order, Contract, Credit Status (L/C), Export/Import Permit, Shipping Order and Bill of Lading, Insurance Policy, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.
