本課程為企管專題研究或實作之課程,修課學生在教師的指導之下,針對當代企業面臨的問題,包括行銷、數位經營、服務創新、永續經營、創新創業、組織領導或管理等領域之特定問題,進行專題研究或問題解決之實作。修課學生藉由本課程,可以統合企管系所學之知識與技能,配合企業實際問題之研究或解決,內化所學加以應用,提昇本身問題分析與解決、經營規劃與整合思考應用之能力。This course is a course of research or implementation of corporate management. Under the guidance of teachers, students conduct research or implementation of specific issues facing contemporary enterprises, including marketing, digital management, service innovation, continuous operation, innovative development, organizational leadership or management, etc., and conduct special research or problem solving. Through this course, students in the course can combine the knowledge and skills learned in the Department of Management, cooperate with the research or solution of corporate actual problems, and apply them internally, so as to improve their own problem analysis and resolution, business planning and integrated thinking and application capabilities.
