創業的發展越來越多元,除了一般服務業、製造業之外,還有技術創新、或是文創等發展。而社會創新更加提供了創業的社會永續主軸,亦即從關懷社會中,善用企業管理的技術與模式,去達到對於社會底層弱勢、夾層痛苦,或是外層疏離的關懷、接納與共創。
本課程介紹基礎的概念,並佐以實體的田野觀察,讓學生瞭解並開發創業的新方向,以及創新的新層次。為能深化學生對社會需求的體認與了解,本課程要求學生應從社會各階層的面向進行深度觀察,以探索與思考應如何提供適當的協助,並藉此開創新的事業想法。The development of entrepreneurship is becoming more and more diversified. In addition to general service industries and manufacturing industries, there are also developments in technological innovation or cultural creativity. Social innovation also provides the main axis of social sustainability for entrepreneurship, that is, by caring for the society and making good use of business management techniques and models to achieve care, acceptance and co-creation for the disadvantaged and distressed people at the bottom of society, or the alienated people on the outside. .
This course introduces basic concepts, coupled with physical field observations, allowing students to understand and develop new directions for entrepreneurship and new levels of innovation. In order to deepen students' recognition and understanding of social needs, this course requires students to conduct in-depth observations from all walks of life in order to explore and think about how to provide appropriate assistance and create new career ideas.
