本課程的內容從各老師專長的「研究介紹」與「產業介紹」開始,到下學期則進展到「專題設計」。同學們在上半學期時,會透過各授課老師的簡介來學習各產業中的顧客關係管理;在下半學期時,每一小組需與指導教授共同選定專題題目後,進行文獻回顧或產業研究,再報告暑假與下一學期的實務專題規劃。The content of this course starts with "Research Introduction" and "Industry Introduction" which are the specialties of each teacher, and progresses to "Topic Design" in the next semester. In the first half of the semester, students will learn about customer relationship management in various industries through the introductions of each lecturer; in the second half of the semester, each group must jointly select a topic with the instructor and conduct a literature review or industry research. Then report on the practical project plans for the summer vacation and next semester.

This course explains customer relationship management with a solid theoretical foundation of relationship marketing and practical applications to help students understand how to create customer share, develop customer loyalty, increase customer lifetime value, and establish stable customer relationships.
