本課程的內容從各老師專長的「研究介紹」與「產業介紹」開始,到下學期則進展到「專題設計」。同學們在上半學期時,會透過各授課老師的簡介來學習各產業中的顧客關係管理;在下半學期時,每一小組需與指導教授共同選定專題題目後,進行文獻回顧或產業研究,再報告暑假與下一學期的實務專題規劃。The content of this course starts with the "Research Introduction" and "Professional Introduction" of the teachers and the "Professional Introduction" and will progress to "Project Design" in the next period. In the first half of the year, students will learn customer relationship management in various industries through the introduction of each teacher; in the second half of the year, each group needs to select topics with the supervisory professor, conduct document reviews or industry research, and then report on the practical topic planning for the summer vacation and the next period.
本課程以紮實的關係行銷理論基礎及實務上的應用說明顧客關係管理,幫助學生了解如何創造顧客占有率,發展顧客忠誠,提高顧客終身價值,及建立穩定的顧客關係。
This course provides practical relationship marketing and practical application explanations to customer relationship management, helping students understand how to create customer share, develop customer loyalty, improve customer end value, and establish a stable customer relationship.
