Many leaders in academia and industry have pointed out that the jobs that are most urgently in need of talents in the future may not yet exist today; we must teach our students to work in jobs that do not yet exist after graduation, and to use technologies that have not yet been invented to solve problems that have not been imagined. This means that what students need to learn is no longer detailed knowledge and skills, but how to innovate and create, how to think about various problems from a commanding height and foresee the future, and have the ability to do things by hand (the ability to have a good eye and a dark hand). ). Facing the ever-changing future and the rapid changes in the social environment, students must learn the "new law of the jungle". In the past, the career trajectory was that a good school led to a good job, and then there was no worries for life. Now, if you have a good school, you may not be able to find a good job. A job may not last a lifetime.
Therefore, this course enables students to learn the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship, cultivate students to think and act like entrepreneurs, initially possess opportunity identification, enthusiasm for innovation, model knowledge, and entrepreneurial practical abilities, and understand the campus culture and innovation of Tunghai University. The entrepreneurial ecological environment inspires students' innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, and promotes the participation and development of innovative undertakings through learning activities that guide the creation of innovative products and services and the matching and formation of entrepreneurial team members.
