本課程為「創新管理與經營案例研討」課程之進階課程，目標在培養學生具備成為店長之能力，進而畢業後可以直接到授課教師之公司上班。

This course is an advanced course of the "Innovation Management and Business Case Study". The purpose is to cultivate students to develop the ability to become store managers, and after graduation, you can work directly at the teaching teacher company.
