Lean Management in Practice

教育目標 Course Target

1.本課程與慧國工業與台中精機合作，由業師教授TPS(豐田)生産方式、標準作業三票、TPS實踐課程，到4S、體驗QCC小集團活動，經過一連串有系統的課程編排，讓同學從中了解日式的工廠管理精神與精實生産、改善的概念與手法。

2.進入職場工作之前、提早了解工廠實際的管理運作方式、與職場可以無縫接軌，創造學習價値。

3.修完本課程之學生將獲得優先錄取實習之機會，於暑假期間至慧國工業股份有限公司實習一個月，實習完畢可獲的3學分之實習學分，成績認列於新學期之「工具機產業實習」課程。

1. This course cooperates with Huiguo Industry and Taichung Jingmai. The TPS (Hongtian) production method, standard operation three tickets, and TPS practical courses are taught by the 4S and the QCC small group activities. Through a series of systematic course arrangements, students can understand the Japanese factory management spirit and the concepts and techniques of precise production and improvement from it.

2. Before entering the job site, you can understand the factory's actual management and operation methods in advance, and create learning prices without contact with the job site.

3. Students who have completed this course will receive a priority to obtain practical experience. During the summer vacation, they will complete the 3-point practical experience that they can earn, and will be included in the new academic period of the "Tools and Machinery Industry Practice" course.
