本課程介紹企業人工智慧應用系統的趨勢議題,著重在結合人工智慧和物聯網(Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Thing, AIoT) 的應用系統,並以顧客關係管理 (CRM,customer relationship management) 為範圍主軸,包括企業資源計劃(ERP, Enterprise resource planning)、供應鏈管理 (SCM, supply chain management)、客戶關係管理 (CRM, customer relationship management)、知識管理 (KM, knowledge management)、電子商務 (EC, electronic commerce)、製造執行系統 (MES, manufacture execution system)、產品資料管理 (PDM, product data management)、協同產品商務 (CPC, collaborative product commerce) 等項目。課程中將從資訊科技的演變開始,逐項介紹現代物聯網等技術突破創新,配合電腦教室實習課程,引導學生進行問題導向之實作與練習。本課程需與「人工智慧企業管理實務」同時修習。This course introduces the trends of enterprise artificial intelligence application systems, focusing on combining artificial intelligence and Internet of Things (AIoT) application systems, and customer relationship management is the main axes.
