教育目標 Course Target

介紹積體電路放大器的基本結構, 差動放大器之設計與分析、迴授觀念,理想運算放大器之特性與電路行為模型,及四種不同架構之迴授電路分析與設計方法,以銜接未來類比電路設計課程中更深入的運算放大器之系統應用。積體電路放大器基本方塊,差動放大器與多級放大器,頻率響應,迴授理論與分析。Introduces the basic structure of integrated circuit amplifiers, the design and analysis of differential amplifiers, the concept of feedback, the characteristics and circuit behavior model of ideal operational amplifiers, and feedback circuit analysis and design methods of four different architectures to connect future analog circuits More in-depth system applications of operational amplifiers in the design course. 課程概述 Course Description

介紹差動放大器之設計與分析、迴授觀念,理想運算放大器之特性與電路行為模型,及四種不同架構之迴授電路分析與設計方法,以銜接未來類比電路設計課程中更深入的運算放大器之系統應用。在數位電路方面,則是介紹了Inverter、NAND、NOR等基本邏輯電路的設計與使用,作為將來進一步修習數位積體電路或邏輯設計的基礎。
Introduces the design and analysis of differential amplifiers, the concept of feedback, the characteristics and circuit behavior model of ideal operational amplifiers, and the feedback circuit analysis and design methods of four different architectures to connect with more in-depth operational amplifiers in future analog circuit design courses. system application.
