This course aims at enabling the undergraduate students to learn the principles and techniques of instrumental analysis and their applications to environmental material analysis. 本課程內容包含:QA/QC的觀念;電子學;放大訊號減小雜訊;儀器各部份的原理;火焰式原子吸光儀、石墨式原子吸光儀、感應耦合電漿質譜儀、氣相和液相層析儀、離子層析儀等原理之介紹。
