此課程開設之目的,在使環境科學與工程學系的學生,具備基礎的微生物學研究技術與方法,奠定進階生物科技研究的基礎,未來能在環境科學、環境工程與微生物學相關範疇靈活運用這些觀念與方法,包括環境保護、污染整治、監測、生態保育、遺傳工程、分子生物學等。The purpose of this course is to enable students in the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering to acquire basic microbiological research techniques and methods, lay the foundation for advanced biotechnology research, and be able to flexibly pursue careers in environmental science, environmental engineering and microbiology-related fields in the future. Apply these concepts and methods, including environmental protection, pollution remediation, monitoring, ecological conservation, genetic engineering, molecular biology, etc.
教授微生物學實驗的操作與觀念,包括微生物的培養、控制、保存,形態與生理生化特性之測定、描述,和食品或環境中微生物的多樣性與分類學的專題研究。本課程藉由實際的實驗操作與討論,使學生能掌握基本的實驗方法,奠定現代微生物學相關研究的基礎。
Teach the operations and concepts of microbiology experiments, including the cultivation, control, and preservation of microorganisms, the determination and description of morphological and physiological and biochemical characteristics, and special research on the diversity and taxonomy of microorganisms in food or the environment. Through practical experimental operations and discussions, this course enables students to master basic experimental methods and lay the foundation for modern microbiology-related research.
