This course will introduce the basic concepts and operating models of supply chain management, and introduce the problems faced in supply chain management operations and management, as well as methods to deal with these problems.
The course content includes supply chain management strategy, logistics network design, production planning, warehousing, distribution, information, performance evaluation and the implementation of collaborative models.
