以豐田式生產體系(Toyota Production System, TPS)為主軸的企業改造活動或精實系統變革,已成為世界製造管理的主流。本課程以劉仁傑老師過去30年在日本、台灣、大陸和亞洲各國的理論性研究和實踐性成果為基礎,內容包括精編講義12章,並將配合10卷錄影帶。除了理論基礎的建立以外,透過常年在業界綿密的互動,以組為單位實際落實到實務現場,將課堂學習到的概念,實際運用到現場。從傳統機械製造產業到高科技產業,學生可以選擇與未來合適的企業互動,同時每組有受過專業訓練的助教指導,竭盡所能將課堂知識在產業界發揮極致,除了對企業能提升自我生產價值,對學生也能實現對產學合作的極致表現,可為雙方互惠互利。Enterprise transformation activities or refined system transformations with Toyota Production System (TPS) as the main axis have become the mainstream of manufacturing management in the world. This course is based on the theoretical research and practical results of Teacher Liu Renjie in Japan, Taiwan, Mainland and Asia over the past 30 years. The content includes 12 chapters of elaboration and 10 volumes of recordings. In addition to the establishment of theoretical foundations, through the long-term interaction in the industry, the organization has been implemented as a single entity to the actual practice, and the concepts learned in the classroom are actually applied to the actual practice. From traditional machinery manufacturing to high-tech industries, students can choose to interact with future suitable companies. At the same time, each group has teaching assistants who have been trained in professional training and do their best to make class knowledge extremely successful in the industry. In addition to improving the value of self-production for enterprises, students can also achieve extreme performance in product cooperation, which can benefit both parties.
本課程以劉仁傑老師過去15年在日本、台灣、大陸和亞洲各國的理論性和實務性研究成果為基礎,內容包括精編講義12章,並將配合10卷錄影帶,教授豐田式生產體系(TPS)為主軸的企業改造活動或精實系統變革。學生除授課內容外另需研讀任一豐田生產相關著作,以深化學習效果。同時與企業配合進行八個工作天之實作,規劃於期中期末提出企業研習成果報告。
This course is based on the theoretical and practical research results of Teacher Liu Renjie in Japan, Taiwan, Mainland and Asia over the past 15 years. The content includes 12 chapters of elaboration and 10 volumes of film strips to teach the Hongtian Production System (TPS) as the main enterprise transformation activities or precise system transformation. In addition to the course content, students need to study any related works on Fengtian production to deepen learning effects. At the same time, we cooperated with the company to carry out eight working days of work, and planned to submit a report on corporate research and development results at the mid-term and end of the period.
