Industry and Career Planning

教育目標 Course Target

1.建立企業導師平台,結合具豐富職場經驗的系友及愛心人士,協助學生潛能開發,以達成培育菁英人才及提供職涯發展諮商的目的。
2.通過與企業導師的互動,學生在進入職場前向企業導師學習社會與企業實務經驗,及職場良好工作態度並提升個人競爭力。
3.配合系友30重聚的系友回娘家活動,開發企業導師來源,擴展系友間橫向及縱向的聯繫,以達永續經營之目標。
4.透過不同產業的介紹,讓學生了解化材系在各產業可扮演的角色。

1. Establish a corporate mentor platform, combine department friends and caring people with rich workplace experience, assist students in developing their potential, and achieve the purpose of cultivating elite talents and providing career development consultation.
2. Through interaction with corporate mentors, students learn social and corporate practical experience from corporate mentors, as well as good work attitudes in the workplace and improve their personal competitiveness before entering the workplace.
3. Cooperate with the 30th reunion of department friends to return to their parents’ homes, develop sources of corporate mentors, and expand horizontal and vertical connections among department friends to achieve the goal of sustainable management.
4. Through the introduction of different industries, let students understand the role that the chemical materials department can play in various industries.
