0805 - 化工與材料實驗(二) Chemical Engineering and Materials


教育目標 Course Target

了解個種不同單元操作實際運作情況,由基本理論設計實驗方法,由實驗結果檢討理論與實際之差異 一、薄膜實驗       負責教師:程學恒(辦公室CME202)   讓學生瞭解薄膜的分離原理,以及薄膜裝置的構造與操作方式,並探討影響薄膜分離效率之主要實驗變因。 二、熱交換實驗      負責教師:張有義(辦公室CME114)   探討套管式熱交換器之熱傳原理,並熟悉熱交換器之操作及控制方法,測定總包熱傳係數U,及熱傳效率。並決   定熱傳係數及熱傳效率與雷諾數或流量之關係,同時觀察在順流及逆流之不同流動狀態下,熱傳校慮及熱傳係   數之差異。 三、反應工程實驗     負責教師:萬傑豪(辦公室CME112)   本實驗之主要目的是由批示反映器獲取醋酸乙烯之皂化反應數據,並用數學分析方式以獲得此反應之反應級數   及其活化能。此皂化反應之轉化率及各化合物濃度由測量之電位值加以推算。Understand the actual operation of different unit operations, design experimental methods based on basic theories, and review the differences between theory and practice based on experimental results 1. Reaction Engineering Experiment Responsible teacher: Wan Jiehao (Office CME112) The main purpose of this experiment is to obtain the saponification reaction data of vinyl acetate from the batch reactor, and to use mathematical analysis to obtain the reaction order of this reaction. ​ and its activation energy.
