教育目標 Course Target

(1) 使學生熟悉藥物開發過程中所應用的生物分析化學方法 (2) 使學生瞭解藥物開發過程中所應用的生物分析化學之原理 (3) 引導學生探討生物分析化學及其應用。 (4) 使學生瞭解生物分析化學之應用、未來發展及就業市場。 (5) 與生物科技相關的生活科技產業將是本世紀最重要的產業之一。此產業之研究、開發與生產的工作,將需要兼具生物化學分析知識、生物醫學基礎與產業製造技術三者專長的人才。本學程以提供目前基本分析化學與生物學領域的知識,而相關的技術發展及新的應用亦會詳細說明,期待提供有興趣的學子ㄧ個良好認識此產業及技術的入口。預期效益: 學生將獲得以基礎的生物科技知識而進一步了解生物科技產品的實質內容(1) 課程內容中簡介抗癌藥物,抗菌藥物..等藥物開發過程中所應用的生物分析化學方法及原理,以及生物分析化學方法之實際應用實例 (2) 本課程內涵涵蓋基本生物學,蛋白質學,分子生物學及抗體學, 將以易懂的方式將生物分析技術及生物科技新穎的知識融會貫通。(1) To familiarize students with bioanalytical chemistry methods used in the drug development process (2) To enable students to understand the principles of bioanalytical chemistry applied in the drug development process (3) Guide students to explore bioanalytical chemistry and its applications. (4) To enable students to understand the application, future development and job market of bioanalytical chemistry. (5) The life science and technology industry related to biotechnology will be one of the most important industries in this century. The research, development and production of this industry will require talents with expertise in biochemical analysis, basic biomedicine and industrial manufacturing technology. This course aims to provide current knowledge in the fields of basic analytical chemistry and biology. Related technological developments and new applications will also be explained in detail. We hope to provide interested students with a good introduction to this industry and technology. Expected benefits: Students will gain basic biotechnology knowledge and further understand the essential content of biotechnology products (1) The course content introduces the bioanalytical chemistry methods and principles used in the development of anticancer drugs, antibacterial drugs, etc. , as well as practical application examples of bioanalytical chemistry methods (2) The content of this course covers basic biology, proteomics, molecular biology and antibody science, and will integrate novel knowledge of bioanalytical technology and biotechnology in an easy-to-understand manner.


課程概述 Course Description

“化學生物學”是運用化學的方法去解決生物的課題。“化學生物學”的課程將介紹生物體中基本的生物分子,包括:蛋白質、脂質、醣類、及核酸。由於這些生物分子在許多生物體中扮演重要的角色,因此,將介紹生物分子的結構及功能。此外,亦將探討生物有機化學及其應用。
"Chemical biology" is the use of chemical methods to solve biological problems. The "Chemical Biology" course will introduce the basic biological molecules in living organisms, including proteins, lipids, sugars, and nucleic acids. Since these biomolecules play important roles in many organisms, the structure and function of biomolecules will be introduced. In addition, bioorganic chemistry and its applications will also be discussed.
