繼承上學期「社會與企業」課程,讓學生們思考自己在全球化下的定位,以及海外勞動相關問題,延伸自己的想像力至要如何應付多變的未來。
課程後半則因應學生們求職、職場工作需求,著重在認識自己(履歷表製作)、職場日語的訓練等。
課程外利用職場會發生的溝通問題與愛知大學日本人大學生進行日語討論與練習。Continuing the "Society and Enterprise" course from last semester, students are allowed to think about their positioning under globalization and issues related to overseas labor, and extend their imagination to how to cope with the changing future.
The second half of the course is in response to students' job hunting and workplace needs, focusing on understanding themselves (resume preparation), workplace Japanese training, etc.
Outside the course, we use communication issues that may occur in the workplace to discuss and practice Japanese with Japanese college students at Aichi University.
